A job not well done. Today I had a therapist (Emma I think) for my full body lazer treatment in marble arch branch. She is new to beauty and melody. Needs to learn the right way of doing the treatment. She was cutting corners throughout the treatment, small areas were merged with large ones , assumptions were made about no hair growth in certain areas and treatment was skipped for those areas. When I asked her to cover all the parts, she got defensive and started saying she has more clients to see on the day which is really unprofessional as sure I am a client too and have been with beauty and melody for over 5 years now. I can tell when the treatment is not done well. Few areas were not covered in the treatment and when I approached the therapist she got a bit defensive and said she has already covered those areas (which was not the case). The whole treatment seemed rushed she took few toilet breaks which is OK but I feel like she was stressed to finish on time but the quality of her work was massively sacrificed. I would expect beauty and melody to make sure experienced staff are dedicated to the long term clients. Kind regards. Yogesh.
