During my patch test I felt very uncomfortable with the lady conducting my appointment as she kept pushing me to buy further products despite me telling her it was too expensive. I did not feel comfortable when I was questioned on my decision as to what product I would use instead of this “really good post laser cream”.

I will still be attending the clinic to get my treatment done but will subsequently make sure to be booked with someone else instead of the original lady I met.

Salem was great, patient and friendly And was very thorough!

This is the safest salon I’ve been to for laser treatment. Lillet is a truely proficient therapist who does her job flawlessly. Valentina is always willing to help and has her best interest at hard. She is the reason I joined Beauty and Melody in the first place and have just renewed my package. Very very happy with the service and well done to Lillet and Valentina. I would highly recommend them both to anyone.
