Excellent and polite service

I had a great experience during my laser appointment. Vicki / Victoria did everything in a very professional manner and was extremely thorough. She had a great system / manner of carrying out the treatment and was also very clean, tidy and careful with the cold gel, which can sometimes end up everywhere. I felt very looked after!
