Staff was aggressively trying to sell their product, manager is very aggressive and rude (not trained in customer care at all), therapists are not trained to have genuine concern over customer well-being- they are more concerned with pleasing the manager than solving for a good customer experience. I was told in my laser therapy 'if you get burned it's not a problem for you it's a problem for me because I'll lose job'. Blatant disregard for understanding the physical and emotional trauma of a patient being burned.

Amazing, I had a consultation about colouring my hair and this was one of the most professional services I received with honesty as well. Very good overall!

The Italian girl (sorry, I forgot her name) is really great. Very knowledgeable and personable, definitely would like her to do my hair again. Blonde girl at the reception always very smiley and friendly. Both are a pleasure to meet and work woth.
Little note: sometimes I find the music in the salon is a little too loud.
