Great experience, super friendly staff!

The entire staff has been kind and professional as every time I come in for treatments. The marble arch branch is a TOP. The laser therapist was great and did the treatment without wasting absolutely 1 single minute in chatting. Beside that, I arrived late due to an emergency stop along the central line and the time left wasn't enough to complete all the areas: the manager in charge this evening kindly booked me in to finish the treatment on another day. This gesture was not only kind but also professional. They were very understanding and accommodating. Could not recommend more.
